Information collected
SolarSpec records your name, company if supplied, email address, password hash, verification and login timestamps, consent records and security events. Passwords are never stored in readable form.
Why it is used
Account information is used to provide and secure the installer workspace. Product or service marketing is sent only where the optional marketing checkbox was selected.
Choices and retention
You may withdraw optional marketing consent and request access, correction or deletion by contacting info@clbanalytics.co.za. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal or transactional purposes.
Operators
Hosting, email and future billing providers may process limited information on SolarSpec's behalf under appropriate safeguards.
